Privacy Policy

This policy describes how RankPro ("we", "the app") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of its users ("you", "the user"). By using the app you accept the practices described here.

1 · Data we collect

When you register and use the app we collect the following data, always provided by you:

• Full name and date of birth.
• Email. Used to sign in, receive notifications, and service-related communications.
• Phone (optional). Visible to other players in the same ranking only if you set your contact preference to "phone".
• City and country (optional).
• Preferences: language, visual theme, contact type, biometrics activation.
• Activity within the ranking: matches, challenges, results, positions, optional notes written by you.
• Push notification tokens from your device (to send you alerts).
• Profile photo (optional). If you choose to upload a photo, it is visible to other players in the same ranking.

We access the camera or photo gallery only if you choose to upload a profile photo, and solely for that purpose. We do not collect location data or any browsing data external to the app.

2 · How we use your data

• Maintain your account and authenticate you.
• Display the ranking to you and to the other players in the same ranking (name + position are public within the ranking).
• Send you push and email notifications when there is relevant activity (challenges, results, position changes).
• Let you contact other players in the ranking (email or phone, depending on your preference).
• Enforce the ranking rules: deadlines, protections, suspensions for inactivity.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3 · Who we share data with

• Other players in your same ranking: they see your name, position, match history in that ranking, and your contact detail (email or phone, depending on your preference).
• Ranking and club administrators: in addition to the above, they can edit results, apply protections/suspensions, and view administrative statistics.
• Infrastructure providers: we use Supabase (database and authentication), Expo (push notification distribution), and Apple / Google (final push delivery). These providers process the data strictly for the operation of the service.

4 · Data retention

• Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
• Public feed events (challenges, results) are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• When you request deletion of your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Match results may persist anonymously to preserve the historical integrity of the ranking.

5 · Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct incorrect or outdated data (you can do this from your profile in the app).
• Delete your account and personal data (request it by emailing support@rankpro.club).
• Export your data in a portable format (same email).
• Withdraw consents you have granted (e.g., disable push notifications from the operating system).

6 · Security

We store hashed passwords and data encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your session can also be protected with Face ID / fingerprint from the app's options. We never store your password in plain text.

7 · Minors

RankPro requires you to be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you need authorization from a responsible adult.

8 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The current version is always published at rankpro.club/privacy/en. If there are material changes we will notify you within the app.
